Captain Jaquetta Brooks has served with the KFD for 30 years. She was also one of the first few females hired too. Actually one of four hired in 1988. The Fire Department held a retirement party for her this past Sunday, December 23, 2018.

If you feel there is something you want to do, just step out with God and let Him continue to guide you and direct you,” Brooks said.
